ADSp
We work on the basis of the latest version of the Allgemeinen Deutschen Spediteurbedingungen (ADSp).
In section 23 ADSp, these limit the statutory liability for damage to goods in accordance with § 431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) for damage in the custody of the forwarder to 5 Euro/kg; in the case of multimodal transports including carriage by sea to 2 SDR/kg and, in addition, per claim or event to 1 million Euro or 2 million Euro or 2 SDR/kg, whichever is the greater.
Section 27 ADSp shall not be deemed to be an agreement on other maximum liability amounts within the meaning of Art. 25 Montreal Convention.
